Mumford Council Scholarship

Students are free to apply for this scholarship, if they are a high school senior planning to attend their first year at
a college, university, or post-high school vocational certified school and have a relative who is a member in the KofC Mumford Council #365.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Students are free to apply for this scholarship, if they are a high school senior planning to attend their first year at a college, university, or post-high school vocational certified school and have a relative who is a member in the KofC Mumford Council #365.
  2. Complete this form with Knights of Columbus #365 sponsor information completed and signed.
  3. If the student has not made their final selection for school, include information from one of the accepting schools.
  4. Mail the completed application form to the address:

    C/O: Scholarship.
    77 Prescott Rd.
    Whitinsville, Ma. 01588

  5. In order to be considered eligible, the application form must be post marked no later than May 1, 2023.
  6. If a student is awarded this scholarship, the student and their high school will be notified by mail.
  7. In order to claim their award, the student must supply proof of attendance (copy of student ID) and a list of grades from their college or educational institution.
  8. Students have until September 1, 2024 to claim their award. After this date, the student is no longer eligible to receive their award.
