ANNUAL CORPORATION MEETING
The annual meeting of the Mumford Hall Corporation will be held on Monday, January 16,
2023. It will be held at the Mumford Hall at 77 Prescott Road, Whitinsville, MA. This meeting
will begin at 7:00 PM. A quorum of 15 is required for this meeting.
BUSINESS
1. Annual report of the Corporation by Corporation President Plato Adams.
2. Annual election of Corporation officers.
The following positions will be elected:
(a) Vice President- a one year term.
Currently serving in this position is John Oatis.
(b Clerk- a one-year term.
This position is vacant and needs to be filled.
(c) Directors- 3- three-year terms.
Currently serving in these positions are:
(1) Peter Belletti who has indicated that he will not be seeking another term.
(2) Phil Bardon
(3) Jon Belanger
(d President- a one-year term.
Currently serving in this position is Plato Adams.
3. Reports from Corporation officers.
